Fill out, detach, and mail the 2012 Camper Registration Form to the listed Brightwood address. Please DO NOT fax them. We will reply confirming registration and provide further details (times, items to bring, and complete medical form). Fees include meals, housing, insurance, and all activities on and off site. Free bus service is available in Edmonton, to and from camp. Registration in Edmonton is at 3:30 PM on Sundays and the bus arrives back in Edmonton at 5:30 PM on Fridays. There are two bus pick up and drop off spots.

Please DO NOT fill out the 2012 Camper Registration Form. To receive an application for these programs, and to find out dates and costs, download the application form below or contact our office. Acceptance into one of these programs is on an application basis and not on a first come first serve basis. After the application and references have been received, you will be notified. Those programs that are longer than a week will require campers to go home on Fridays and be returned to the bus or to the ranch on Sunday.

Dear Parents, Although we encourage you to pay the full fees for camp or to pay whatever you can afford, we want to stress that we do not want any child to miss out on camp because of finances. If you cannot afford to pay the fees, simply fill out the registration form and mail it to us. Brightwood Ranch will gladly take care of the costs for you. GST is included in all camp fees.
$25—First child in household
$20—Second child in household
$15—Third child in household
No cost for the 4th child or more in a household.
Full camp fees are $225 per child. If you are able to pay more than $25, please send what you can up to $225 for each child. The July 24-27 and August 21-25 camps maximum cost is $150.
We do not want any child to miss out on a camp experience because of financial reasons. It is our policy not to turn anyone away because of finances. If you have any questions, please contact the office toll free at 1-866-797-2624 if long distance or 780-727-3840 if local.
Brightwood Ranch is geared for kids and youth from single parent, foster and group homes, and those in guardianship. We also ask a that you keep in mind that our goal is to provide a camping experience for as many youth as possible. Please do not register your child at Brightwood if they are attending another camp in the summer. Registering with us as well takes a spot away from a child who has no other opportunity for a summer camp experience. Last year we had 90 kids on our waiting list.
Brightwood Ranch is located on 220 acres just one hour west of Edmonton, off Highway 16. Turn left (south) onto Range Road 73 and go 5 kms. Look for the Brightwood Ranch sign and then turn left (east) and go 2kms.This will bring you right into the ranch.
